About the role
RSM seeks a Senior Associate to join its Data + AI Advisory team, delivering AI and data strategy engagements, identifying use cases and future-state capabilities, and collaborating with consultants across regions and practices. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and consulting experience to help clients translate AI and data concepts into actionable strategies.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
2-5 years of related work experience
Proven experience building AI and/or data strategies with implementation recommendations
Concept-based understanding of two or more of data governance, data infrastructure, analytics, machine learning, or AI concepts
Prior experience in a consulting environment
Relevant training or certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Generative AI Leader, or Databricks Generative AI Fundamentals
