What you’ll do
Lead organizational change strategy and execution across enterprise transformation initiatives
Drive AI-enabled adoption and stakeholder alignment
Collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions
Shape communications, training, and readiness activities at scale
Tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics
Apply AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows to enhance change approaches
What you’ll need
5–8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness at scale
Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics
Strong AI literacy including generative AI and responsible AI principles
Fluency with OCM frameworks, adoption measurement, and agentic workflows
