Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, or engineering or equivalent experience
2–4 years of Linux system administration and troubleshooting
1–3 years in a NOC, service desk, or operations-focused role
1–2 years of scripting with Bash, Python, or similar languages
1–2 years with Docker and Kubernetes
Foundational IP networking and video operations knowledge; pursuing RHCSA or ITIL 4 Foundation
