About the role
Airwallex is hiring a Senior Manager to lead customer success for T:0's AI-native accounting platform, driving onboarding, adoption, and long-term reliability. The role partners across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve the platform while applying deep accounting expertise.
What you’ll do
Own customer success from onboarding through long-term adoption
Translate accounting workflows into reliable customer outcomes
Partner with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve the platform
Manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver against aggressive deadlines
Use analytics platforms to interpret platform health, onboarding data, and user behavior
Prompt, configure, and optimize autonomous systems for complex financial rules
What you’ll need
Accounting or finance background with a strong grasp of revenue recognition, ASC 606, and modern ERP systems
Ability to speak fluently about accounting with Controllers and about data and APIs with Engineers
Experience with customers in customer success, implementations, technical account management, or product operations
Experience applying accounting or finance background to customer deployments, operational workflows, or product adoption
Exceptional organizational skills and track record of managing complex stakeholder environments
CPA license or substantial audit/accounting leadership experience, including Big Four experience
