Familiarity with core finance processes (record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay)
Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to finance stakeholders
Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or SAP
