About the role
Coursera + Udemy is hiring a remote Senior Benefits Analyst to own U.S. and Canada benefits data, compliance, and vendor operations, driving automation and clear employee communications. The role covers reconciliations, audits, filings, and process improvements.
What you’ll do
Manage employee benefit inquiries, enrollments, and Workday transactions
Monitor eligibility files and reconcile enrollment and payroll deductions with vendors
Own compliance reporting (Form 5500, ACA, nondiscrimination testing) and audits
Draft and maintain employee-facing benefits communications
Act as day-to-day contact for benefits vendors and manage invoice workflows
Drive process improvements and automation leveraging AI
What you’ll need
5+ years of benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA)
Hands-on experience with data reconciliation, payroll, or invoice data
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and HRIS experience
Strong written communication and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
