About the role
LCG Capital Management seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital, building improvement, and tenant improvement projects across multiple client markets, while overseeing facilities operations, vendors, budgets, and emergency response.
What you’ll do
Lead capital, building improvement, and tenant improvement projects
Manage facilities operations and vendor relationships
Oversee work orders, budgets, and reporting
Coordinate bids, change orders, and invoices
Support multi-site operations
Handle after-hours emergency response
What you’ll need
5+ years of project management experience in facilities, construction, or commercial real estate
Proven record delivering capital, tenant improvement, or building improvement projects on time and within budget
Experience supporting multi-site facilities operations, including work orders and vendor management
Strong command of scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, change orders, and invoices
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications; proficiency with facilities/project management software and Microsoft 365, especially Excel
Bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering, or related field; PMP, FMP, or CFM certification
