About the role
The Senior Contract & Compliance Specialist will own vendor contracting from negotiation through execution and renewal while supporting third-party risk management and subcontracting compliance. The role requires deep experience negotiating technology and service agreements and collaborating with security and other subject matter experts.
What you’ll do
Own vendor contracting from negotiation through execution and renewal
Support day-to-day third-party risk management operations
Support subcontracting compliance operations
Review and negotiate vendor agreements including NDAs, SaaS licenses, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
Manage multiple contracts, renewals, compliance activities, and deadlines
Coordinate with Security and subject matter experts on risk provisions
What you’ll need
5+ years experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial vendor agreements in software, SaaS, or technology environments
Experience negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and contractual risk provisions
Experience reviewing information security, data protection, confidentiality, and risk provisions in vendor agreements
TPRM program support experience, foundational TPRM knowledge, and current recognized TPRM certification
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, contract management/CRM systems, and AI tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
