What you’ll do
Oversee child welfare product solution design, innovation, and licensing
Lead organization through transformation and change
Manage statewide staff within permanency programs
Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Provide subject matter expertise in health and human services
What you’ll need
10+ years leading a large organization through transformation in government or large nonprofit
Experience with state Health and Human Service Departments
Experience with childcare subsidy programs, Integrated Eligibility, TANF, SNAP
Experience with early childhood programs (childcare and Head Start)
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
