About the role

What you’ll do
Support employee relations matters and HR programs

Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role
Experience supporting employee relations matters and HR programs
Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Experience supporting manufacturing, plant, or multi-shift operations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills with professionalism and discretion
