What you’ll do
Plan, develop, and launch new product introductions in Direct Liquid Cooling
Lead the Program Core Team
Coordinate technical integration and cross-functional execution
Align with customers and translate needs into PRDs and executable plans
Drive solution trade-offs across design, validation, manufacturability, reliability, cost, and schedule
Support DFMEA, risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and mitigation planning
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
5+ years in technical program management, product development, systems engineering, or NPI execution
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and translate requirements into technical scope
Strong engineering collaboration skills across design, validation, and manufacturing
Experience supporting DFMEA, technical risk assessments, and root-cause analysis
Excellent communication and influence skills with customers and cross-functional teams
