About the role
Select Minds LLC seeks a Senior/Lead AI Tools & Testing Engineer to build, deploy, and evaluate production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, focusing on agent orchestration, RAG, LLM testing, observability, and production engineering.
What you’ll do
Build, deploy, and evaluate production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications
Implement agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows
Develop RAG and prompt engineering solutions
Establish LLM evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies
Monitor and optimize LLM observability and performance
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with engineering, QA, and platform teams
What you’ll need
Expert in Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG
8+ years of software engineering or IT experience
Hands-on experience developing and deploying GenAI or Agentic AI applications
Experience with enterprise-scale AI implementations
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and enterprise AI security practices
Experience establishing AI quality standards and evaluation methodologies
