About the role
Duco is hiring a Head of Platform Integrity to lead a team spanning trust and safety, content and product policy, and global regulatory readiness. This role owns client relationships and delivery quality, drives new business, and grows the team.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
12+ years in trust and safety, technology policy, regulatory affairs, consulting, or government
Proven track record in business development and senior client relationships
Deep familiarity with platform integrity issues including enforcement and child safety
Experience building and managing high-performing teams
Comfort with ambiguity and judgment in scoping solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
