About the role
AAP seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of vendor incentives from manual processes into an integrated automated platform, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery across contract management, settlements, reporting, and financial controls.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery for vendor incentives automation
Deliver an integrated automated platform covering contract management, incentive calculations, settlements, reporting, and financial controls
Lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology
Design automated inbound and outbound data integrations
Integrate with Oracle ERP and related enterprise platforms
Build vendor-facing portals, dashboards, and self-service reporting
What you’ll need
8+ years in Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation
Proven track record leading Vendor Incentives, Rebates, Trade Funding, Revenue Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives
Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms
Experience designing automated inbound and outbound data integrations
Strong understanding of product hierarchies, vendor master data, pricing, merchandising, and financial processes
Experience with Oracle ERP and retail, automotive, distribution, or consumer products industry
