What you’ll do
Identify process improvements and coordinate solutions with IT and business teams
Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, workflow management, project management, operations, legal operations, or related disciplines
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience working with legal departments and understanding contract review, approval, compliance, and document management workflows
Proven ability to collaborate with IT, Salesforce teams, Operations, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
