What you’ll do
Lead software development teams supporting the Collision Repair business
Oversee application delivery, architecture, and quality assurance
Ensure stakeholder alignment and drive team development
Define complex application architecture and integration with multi-tiered systems
Evaluate, select, integrate, and implement application software package solutions
Build and implement scalable architecture with various IT teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, or equivalent development experience
10+ years of development experience with 3+ years leading/supervising multiple IT projects through the full SDLC
Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to build and grow teams of software engineers in an Agile environment
8+ years of functional experience with core technologies including Java, Spring, REST, SOA, Angular, SQL, Oracle, OpenShift, cloud-native microservices, and EAI
Experience leading teams in custom development and integrating application software package solutions
Strong communication, decision-making, and budget prioritization skills
