About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop and ship secure production AI applications
• Build agentic workflows and retrieval systems
• Integrate AI with core banking, loan origination, or payments platforms
• Establish evaluation, security, and engineering practices
• Design AI tools that improve the work quality of lending processors and member experience
• Work within model risk management and audit/examination cycles

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, or Machine Learning
• 7+ years building and shipping production software, including at least 2 years building AI or LLM-based applications
• Full-stack depth with TypeScript/React, Python or TypeScript services, relational and vector data stores, and cloud deployment
• Hands-on fluency with LLM patterns including prompt design, structured output, tool use, retrieval, agentic orchestration, and cost/latency optimization
• Demonstrated LLM evaluation experience and working knowledge of AI-specific security
• Experience in regulated environments, model risk management, third-party risk review, and enterprise iPaaS or AWS Bedrock integrations
