What you’ll do
Lead development and architecture across the trading order lifecycle
Guide engineering practices including responsible AI-assisted development
Mentor and groom junior team members
Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development tools
Ensure secure and scalable trading technology
What you’ll need
5+ years applied experience in software engineering concepts
Deep expertise in Java programming with hands-on coding
Experience building distributed systems handling large data volumes and real-time distribution
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps toolchains and test-driven agile delivery
Hands-on experience with caching, messaging, and cloud-native architectures
Experience with trading systems, order lifecycle, OMS/EMS and FIX protocol
