About the role
Northrop Grumman is hiring a Senior/Principal Scrum Master to facilitate Agile and SAFe practices on a classified program developing mission-critical satellite ground systems. What you’ll do

Help remove impediments to team progress
Support development and delivery of mission-critical satellite ground systems
Collaborate within the Integrated Missions Operating Unit and Ground Capabilities organization
What you’ll need
Active/current TS/SCI/SAP clearance required at time of application
U.S. citizenship required for positions with a government clearance
Agile experience and Scrum Master certification required
5 years experience with a BS in Science, 3 with an MS, or 1 with a PhD; experience considered in lieu of degree
8 years experience with a BS in Science, 6 with an MS, or 4 with a PhD for Principal-level consideration
Excellent written and oral communication skills and 3–5 years as a Scrum Master/Team coach
