What you’ll do
Own strategy, roadmap, and business results for a focused product domain
Lead a multidisciplinary team
Turn customer problems into adopted products
Operate with autonomy while partnering with the Technology Development Board and other leaders
Redesign domain workflows around AI to compress effort
Collaborate with platform teams, segment leads, and executive leadership
What you’ll need
10+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or related customer-facing product roles
5+ years of senior product and people leadership with cross-functional scope
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience
Ability to define and execute customer-facing product strategy tied to measurable business outcomes
Experience leading product management, product design, and product engineering teams and coaching high-potential leaders
Familiarity with modern product discovery, validation, and engineering practices such as CI/CD, cloud-native delivery, and agile
