What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of software product management, software leadership, or digital product strategy experience
5+ years of people leadership managing product management or software teams
Proven track record commercializing software in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotech
Experience in matrixed global organizations and cross-functional influence
Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud technologies, and data interoperability in software-enabled workflows
