Assess organizational readiness and anticipate adoption barriers
Manage cumulative impact and interdependencies of multiple simultaneous organizational changes
Establish practical change methodologies, governance, tools, and measurement approaches
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 14+ years relevant experience; Master's/MBA and 12+; or PhD and 12+
Deep experience in enterprise transformation, organizational change, business transformation, or strategic program leadership
Proven ability to assess organizational readiness, anticipate adoption barriers, and design interventions
Excellent executive communication skills; ability to synthesize complex issues and influence leaders without direct authority
Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly complex industry
