About the role

What you’ll do

• Support commercial strategy and growth through business development and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market assessment, diligence, negotiations, governance, and implementation activities
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence involving commercial, financial, scientific, operational, legal, licensing, quality, or technology stakeholders
• Develop market research, competitive analyses, strategic assessments, business cases, and financial models
• Manage multiple projects, opportunity pipelines, timelines, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting
• Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and industry forums

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or equivalent (Master's and 6 years, PhD and 3 years, or HS Diploma and 12 years)
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, technology, academic, or research environments
• Experience supporting business development, strategic partnerships, licensing, or related growth initiatives
• Ability to conduct market research, competitive analyses, strategic assessments, business case development, and financial modeling
• Experience coordinating cross-functional diligence with commercial, financial, scientific, operational, legal, licensing, quality, or technology stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, proposal development, negotiation support, project management, and executive reporting skills
