About the role

What you’ll do
Develop manufacturing software for data collection and process analytics
Implement workflow automation and machine/process integration
Apply machine learning to improve quality, throughput, and repeatability
Work on-site and stay close to the manufacturing process
What you’ll need
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong programming ability in C++17 and/or Python
Experience with backend systems, automation tools, data processing, or internal tools
Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to communicate clearly across teams
Interest in manufacturing, robotics, hardware, or applied ML; willing to work on-site
