About the role

What you’ll do

• Support corporate governance, entity management, and legal operations across ASP's global business
• Maintain corporate records and prepare resolutions, consents, and officer/director documentation
• Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams on claims and litigation matters
• Support contracting and intellectual property administration
• Assist with international entity management and corporate transactions
• Manage legal projects and legal operations technology initiatives

What you’ll need

• At least 8 years of paralegal, corporate governance, or legal operations experience, preferably in-house
• Experience supporting corporate governance and multiple domestic or international legal entities
• Experience preparing corporate resolutions, consents, officer/director documentation, and governance records
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex, sensitive, and time-critical matters
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and a bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
