About the role
Anrok seeks a Talent Manager to lead and scale its recruiting team, personally manage executive and Staff+ technical searches, and partner with leadership on headcount planning, analytics, and employer brand programs. What you’ll need
7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years leading and developing recruiting teams in high-growth technology companies or venture capital firms
Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI, including building workflows or creative solutions
Active presence in the recruiting community with strong networks and knowledge of current ecosystem trends
Experience scaling recruiting teams through rapid growth (2x-3x headcount in a year)
Proven track record hiring technical and non-technical talent, including executive and Staff+ engineering roles
Strong analytical skills using data to drive decision-making and process improvements
