Translate stakeholder needs into requirements and documentation
Support delivery and testing of Salesforce and AI initiatives
Help teams adopt practical, responsible AI capabilities
Evaluate and improve AI use cases
Document business processes and write user stories
Create acceptance criteria and support delivery teams
What you’ll need
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
Working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and platform-enabled business processes
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and writing user stories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools like Jira and Confluence
