Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience as Scrum Master for a software development team on large initiatives
Knowledge of Agile approaches: Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, Spotify
Experience with Agile techniques and tools such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Jira, Confluence
Strong communication, mentoring, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills
