About the role
Lead end-to-end fleet expansion programs for Amazon's last-mile delivery network, developing strategy, business cases, and vendor partnerships while coordinating cross-functional teams to scale vehicles and infrastructure.
What you’ll do
Own expansion strategy and execution for assigned fleet segments
Build multi-year expansion roadmaps and business cases
Lead pilot programs for new vehicle types and operational models
Coordinate across product, operations, procurement, and DSP teams
Manage vehicle sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
Provide strategic guidance and business reviews to senior leadership
What you’ll need
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
5+ years of supply chain management experience or Bachelor's degree
Experience building and scaling operational mechanisms
Experience in fleet management, transportation, or last-mile logistics
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
