About the role

What you’ll do
Own and evolve the roadmap for U.S. Pre-Tax benefits capabilities.
Use customer and operational insights to improve product journeys and adoption.
Coordinate requirements and delivery with stakeholders.
Define product success metrics and evaluate impact of released functionality.
What you’ll need
7+ years in IT industry with client collaboration.
5+ years in business analysis or product management.
Hands-on experience with U.S. Pre-Tax / tax-advantaged employee benefits products.
Experience with claims, reimbursements, expense eligibility, substantiation, and adjudication workflows.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile product delivery.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
