Aalyria seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead a classified Spacetime engineering program for a government customer, driving technical planning, security, contract reporting, risk, and delivery. This remote role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and deep technical program management experience.

Lead execution of a classified Spacetime engineering program for a government customer
Drive technical planning and tradeoffs
Coordinate engineering and customer stakeholders

What you’ll need
U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance in good standing
5+ years of technical or engineering program management delivering complex technical platforms
Technical depth to read/critique design documents and engage engineering teams on architecture, scaling, and failure-mode tradeoffs
Experience with technical programs, infrastructure migrations, API/interface contracts, cross-system dependency resolution, or multi-team rollouts
Proven ability to influence without authority and interface with senior government and customer stakeholders
Experience managing project financials, resource tracking, and strict contractual reporting (T&M, FFP, or cost-type contracts)
