About the role
Advanced Drainage Systems is hiring a Manager to lead its enterprise Salesforce platform strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement. The role aligns Salesforce with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service priorities while leading a multidisciplinary team, managing governance, vendors, integrations, and responsible automation and AI adoption.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy, delivery, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Salesforce platform
Align Salesforce capabilities with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service priorities
Lead a multidisciplinary team and platform governance
Manage integrations, vendors, contracts, budgets, service levels, and external partners
Oversee release management, production support, and application support
Drive responsible automation and AI adoption with governance and measurable value
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Progressive experience leading enterprise application delivery, support, and continuous improvement
People-management experience with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, business analysts, quality engineers, or project resources
Experience managing Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or related capabilities
Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft, Oracle, ServiceNow, APIs, middleware, and event- or batch-based services
