About the role
Medline is hiring a Senior Human Factors Engineer to lead usability engineering across the product lifecycle, including conducting usability and design validation studies, managing risk and documentation, and mentoring engineers.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Usability Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years of Human Factors Engineering experience
Experience conducting formative and summative usability studies
Experience with user research activities, including task analysis, interviews, and contextual inquiry
Strong knowledge of FDA guidance, AAMI HE 75, ISO 62366, IEC 60601-1-6, and ISO 11607-1
Experience with Design Validation and compliance with 21 CFR 820.30 and ISO 14971
