Translate regulatory and operational needs into scalable technology solutions
Partner with business and technical stakeholders on process design, implementation, and adoption
Modernize or replace legacy enterprise applications
Design future-state processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery
Navigate CMS-regulated workflows and compliance requirements
What you’ll need
3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Experience supporting application transformation, process automation, or digital modernization initiatives
Experience in Healthcare, Human Services, Developmental Services, Medicaid, or CMS-regulated environments
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise applications
Understanding of licensing, certification, compliance, investigations, provider management workflows, and CMS regulations
