About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in digital product management, platform strategy, portfolio management, digital health, MedTech, or healthcare technology
Experience translating customer or clinical needs into digital product requirements and solutions
Experience in dental, orthodontics, or digital dentistry
Strong understanding of dental and/or orthodontic clinical workflows
Demonstrated people leadership and experience developing Product Managers
Experience with modern product operating models, Lean portfolio practices, Scrum, Kanban, or flow-based delivery approaches
