About the role

What you’ll do
Support organizational change initiatives across IT projects and operations
Conduct stakeholder analysis and alignment
Develop and execute communication and engagement plans
Perform change impact analysis and design training or enablement plans
Manage change-related activities within project timelines
Measure and report on change effectiveness
What you’ll need
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in IT change management projects
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, IT, business management, or related field
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean frameworks
Strong understanding of end-to-end change management process and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
