About the role
Tampa General Hospital seeks a UX Designer to research and analyze patient, family, and caregiver experiences, translating feedback into actionable insights and design artifacts. The role will partner with organizational leaders to drive human-centered, data-informed improvements in healthcare service delivery.
What you’ll do
Conduct research with patients, families, caregivers, visitors, and community members
Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into insights and visualizations
Create design artifacts such as journey maps and service blueprints
Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and advisory councils
Analyze survey data and patient experience metrics
Partner with organizational leaders to advance data-informed improvements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, communications, data analytics, psychology, business, or related field
Five years of experience in consumer research, user experience, patient experience, healthcare analytics, or related field
Experience conducting interviews, focus groups, surveys, and other research activities
Experience developing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and building dashboards
Experience with journey mapping or service design methods
