Seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable and Automation Specialist to support the Accounts Receivable function through advanced reporting, automation, analytics, and process improvement while partnering with Finance and IT to manage complex receivables and develop efficient workflows.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum four years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Revenue Cycle, or related financial experience
Experience implementing process improvements through technology and automation
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VBA/macros, Power Query, pivot tables, dashboards, and complex formulas
Strong Python skills for reporting, workflow, and process automation
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools; strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
