About the role
TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach to facilitate Agile practices and coach cross-functional teams in a hybrid role based in Jackson, MI. This contract position involves removing impediments, supporting planning and forecasting, and collaborating with Product Owners and technology teams.
What you’ll do
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning activities
Coach cross-functional teams using servant leadership techniques
Remove impediments to team progress
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and delivery reporting
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology teams
Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
What you’ll need
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and planning activities
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
Understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery processes
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Business Analysis experience
