Cvent is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support and enhance its Procure-to-Pay financial systems, including Coupa, SAP Concur, and Oracle EBS. The role involves production support, system enhancements, and project work to improve efficiency, controls, and integrations.
What you’ll do
Provide production support for P2P financial systems
Deliver enhancements to Coupa, SAP Concur, and Oracle EBS
Contribute to projects improving efficiency, controls, and integrations
Gather requirements and write test cases
Participate in UAT and write functional specifications
What you’ll need
5+ years of hands-on Coupa configuration and production support
Solid understanding of P2P processes from requisition to payment
Experience supporting Coupa integrations with ERP and validating data
Experience with Coupa implementations (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
Working knowledge of accounting and financial close processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
