About the role
The Systems Administrator (IAM Engineer) will own identity lifecycle, access security, and governance in a Microsoft Entra ID environment, while supporting Mac endpoints, audits, automation, and IT projects for Second Sight Solutions.
What you’ll do
Manage identity lifecycle and access governance in Microsoft Entra ID
Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management
Support Mac endpoint deployment and management
Respond to identity-related incidents and audits
Automate identity administration with PowerShell and Graph API
Manage IT projects (hardware/software rollouts, upgrades, migrations)
What you’ll need
3-4 years IT experience with 2-3 years in IAM on Microsoft Entra ID and M365
Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra ID administration (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM)
Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation
Experience with access reviews, audits, and compliance assessments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Apple device management
Certifications like SC-300, CompTIA Security+, or Apple certifications (desirable)
