What you’ll do

• Define and scale AI-native ways of working across Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Move AI initiatives from pilot to enterprise adoption
• Establish governance and operating models for AI adoption
• Transform product management practices through AI-enabled workflows
• Drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working at scale
• Influence stakeholders across complex organizations to drive alignment

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Excellence, Business Transformation, Innovation, Change Management, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience driving adoption of new technologies, processes, or ways of working at scale
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect user needs, business outcomes, and technology opportunities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across complex organizations and drive alignment without direct authority
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and emerging technology trends
• Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship offered
