About the role
Central Bank is looking for a Mortgage Systems Analyst to support and maintain mortgage technology platforms, troubleshoot workflow and system issues, and coordinate enhancements with business, IT, and vendor teams. Translate requirements into system configuration, testing, or support actions
Document issues, processes, requirements, decisions, and user guidance
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Mortgage Banking, or related field, or equivalent experience
Four or more years of relevant experience in mortgage operations, mortgage technology, business systems analysis, application support, system administration, or implementation support
Working knowledge of mortgage origination business processes
Experience supporting or administering mortgage technology platforms, loan origination systems, or third-party business applications
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, reasoning, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general business technology tools
