About the role
SambaSafety seeks a Senior Business Applications Product Manager to own an enterprise product area end-to-end, translating internal business needs into roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery-ready requirements while coordinating with stakeholders, architects, and developers. The role requires hands-on Salesforce and Zuora experience and supporting revenue, finance, and billing teams in an Agile environment.
What you’ll do
Own assigned enterprise product or system area from discovery through delivery, adoption, and outcome realization
Translate internal business needs into product goals, roadmap recommendations, and a delivery-ready backlog
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers
Lead discovery conversations and document findings for solution evaluation
Define measurable success criteria and evaluate adoption and business outcomes after release
Make day-to-day product decisions independently with reasoned recommendations for leadership
What you’ll need
5+ years of product owner, product management, or business systems experience supporting enterprise applications
Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems and how they connect
Ability to define business problems, assess impact and risk, and identify upstream and downstream effects
Experience owning priorities and a delivery-ready backlog in an Agile environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zuora or connected tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Pendo, DocuSign, or Conga
