What you’ll do
Build and maintain JavaScript-based ecommerce frontend applications
Provide onsite technology support to New York office employees
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, applications, and peripherals
Support meeting rooms, AV, video conferencing, and device management
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and authentication platforms
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
What you’ll need
3-4 years experience in desktop support, end-user IT, service desk, or onsite technology support
Strong troubleshooting experience with laptops, desktops, applications, and peripherals
Experience supporting Dell/Windows and macOS
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Okta
Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi and TCP/IP
Frontend development experience with JavaScript, ES6+, and React/Vue
