The IT Business Analyst II acts as a liaison between business operations and IT, translating business needs into requirements and functional documentation while supporting solution design, development, testing, implementation, and application support.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination
Experience utilizing or deploying IT solutions to meet business requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and applications
Ability to effectively capture requirements and facilitate sessions with stakeholders
