Mindlance is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML engineering and applied research roles for an unnamed client. This remote role includes sourcing specialized candidates, building talent strategy with technical leaders, and closing competitive offers.
What you’ll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for AI Engineering and Applied Research roles
Partner with technical leaders on talent strategy
Source specialized AI/ML and research candidates
Close competitive offers against top-tier tech companies and labs
Manage complex candidate offer processes
Use talent analytics and ATS tools to drive recruitment strategy
What you’ll need
4+ years of full life-cycle tech recruiting experience
2+ years sourcing and closing AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied Research candidates
5+ years recruiting specialized talent in generative AI, LLM infrastructure, deep learning framework development, or advanced AI research
Proven track record managing complex offers against top-tier tech companies and labs
Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Distributed Computing, Model Optimization, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent Systems
Experience sourcing from academia, research labs, and tech conferences with strong ATS and talent analytics skills
