About the role
Quindar is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles supporting its satellite operations platform, partnering with hiring managers and improving recruiting processes as the company scales.
What you’ll do
Own searches from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs
Improve recruiting processes as the company grows
Manage multiple searches while maintaining candidate communication
Discuss compensation and close competitive candidates
Build pipelines for specialized or difficult-to-fill roles
What you’ll need
Track record of successfully recruiting technical talent
Experience recruiting in aerospace, space technology, defense, or related industries
Technical fluency to understand engineering disciplines and screen candidates
Strong sourcing skills and pipeline building for specialized roles
Experience managing multiple searches with consistency
Must meet U.S. Government export regulation eligibility (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
