About the role
Senior Business Analyst needed to drive requirements and solution delivery for a large-scale public-private asset management transformation program, bridging investment, operations, and technology teams across the investment lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Drive requirements, process analysis, and solution delivery across public and private asset classes
Bridge investment and operations stakeholders with data and technology teams
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Model business processes and document workflows
Ensure data flows, mapping, integration, quality, and reconciliation
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage communication
What you’ll need
Strong asset management / investment management industry experience
Senior Business Analyst experience on large-scale transformation programs
Deep understanding of investment lifecycle and public/private asset classes
Hands-on with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Strong business process modeling and workflow documentation skills
Knowledge of data flows, mapping, integration, data quality, and reconciliation
