About the role
EnsoData seeks a Senior Technical Services Engineer to support implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting of its AI-powered healthcare software in customer environments, collaborating with Customer Success and Engineering teams.
What you’ll do
Support implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting of software solutions in healthcare environments
Work with customers and internal Customer Success and Engineering teams
Manage complex technical customer escalations and ensure timely communication and resolution
Troubleshoot and debug code in web-based applications hosted in cloud environments
Address performance issues, API failures, and infrastructure-related problems
Design, troubleshoot, and integrate RESTful APIs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare, or related field
7+ years in technical services, customer support, or related fields
3+ years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent roles
Experience troubleshooting and debugging web-based applications in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with Python, React, React Native, MongoDB, Postgres, and/or GCP
Legally eligible to work and reside in the United States now and in the future
